•I will not sell pets before they are properly weaned. 

​•All of my prices are firmly set, and I accept cash only.

• I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone at anytime. 

•A complete 3 generation pedigree will be included for brood and show rabbits.

• All rabbits will come with transition food and hay.

• Pet quality rabbits will not come with a pedigree.

•I cannot guarantee how well a rabbit will produce (Unless stated proven), or how well he/she will do on the show table.

•I am not responsible for any vet bills after the rabbit leaves my rabbitry and care.

​•All rabbits will be sold healthy to the best of my knowledge; if a rabbit becomes ill within 24 hours of purchasing from me I will fully refund. 

• Animals listed as brood or show quality means I believe this animal would be useful in a breeding program.

• These policys will apply when you purchase from me, whether you choose to read them or not.
